 Please use a residential address for the delivery. Deliveries to business addresses may not be completed.

Please allow for shipping delays to regions currently impacted by government lockdowns.

Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed prior to 12:00 pm PST will be shipped out on the same day. 

Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped out the following business day.

Tracking numbers are provided to customers within 2-3 business days.

Please note: weekends and international festivals may cause delays.
